1. Payments: Payments will be made directly with the provider Adventures by Disney Travel, through a video call assisted by your certified agent. A deposit of 10% of the trip per person is required, and the remaining balance can be paid in multiple installments, interest-free, up to a maximum of 90 days before the trip, at which time the final payment will be made. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars (we accept Disney gift cards, the Disney Rewards Card, and all major U.S. credit cards).
2. Cancellations and refunds:
- 90 days or more: Deposit
- 89 to 46 days: 50%
- 45 to 0 days: 100%
-Although Mandarin (Putonghua) is the official language of China, some people speak Cantonese and other regional dialects. English is widely spoken in Hong Kong, although the predominant language is Cantonese.
-Hong Kong uses the Hong Kong dollar (HKD) and mainland China uses the Chinese yuan renminbi (CNY).
US dollars are not accepted as payment anywhere in China.
-It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance. This insurance usually covers trip cancellations and interruptions, baggage protection and delays, accidents and travel delays, emergency medical and dental services, and certain associated transportation. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be responsible for medical expenses, medical evacuation costs, and any other costs incurred during your trip.
Yes, you can book an additional night in the same room, subject to availability, at the hotel included in your itinerary, either the night before your adventure begins or at the end of it.
This adventure is considered physically demanding, and most days include 3 to 4 hours of walking. Not recommended for children under 8 years old.

We only book flights originating from or destined for the U.S. Our airfares, which are non-refundable, must be purchased along with a trip, and full payment must be made at the time of booking the flight..
The weight requirements for domestic flights in China are:
-A checked bag that does not exceed 20 kg/44 lb, and the total of all dimensions (height, width, depth) must not exceed 80" (200 cm).
-A carry-on bag that does not exceed 5 kg/11 lb and does not exceed the dimensions of 21 x 15 x 7" (so that it can fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment).
-A small personal item (such as a purse, coat, or umbrella) can also be carried as part of your hand luggage.
Passport and/or visa(s) with at least 6 months validity after the end of your trip. You are solely responsible for obtaining all the necessary documents for your participation in the trip; we do not provide this service..
On your Adventure, meals are prepared based on the availability of ingredients at each destination. The restaurants and bars are not owned or operated by Adventures by Disney. For the food and beverage offerings we organize, we make every effort to communicate special dietary requests to the restaurants and bars, and for prepackaged drinks and meals, we rely on the ingredient labels provided by the supplier/manufacturer. Please contact us to make an informed decision, as food preparation processes and menus vary by restaurant. You are responsible for deciding whether a particular offering meets your needs. We cannot guarantee that any offering is completely free of allergens.
